Will I lose the relationship with my client once the admin team takes over?
Not at all. You stay front and center with the client. We just handle the heavy lifting: paperwork, scheduling, MLS input, transaction timelines, and coordination. You focus on connecting with them and building trust—we handle the backend.

Agents get access to Club Wealth training, weekly live Zoom sessions, recorded onboarding courses, and daily script and prospecting support. We don’t just dump you into a CRM—we coach you into production.
What does onboarding look like?
You’ll go through a structured onboarding path online first, attend our live Monday onboarding once, shadow appointments, and get your systems fully set up. Most agents are making calls and setting appointments within their first week.
Do I have to pay for leads, admin, or marketing?
No. Everything is included: leads, CRM, transaction coordination, listing media, onboarding, marketing templates, and more. You pay nothing upfront—the team invests in you from day one.
